Contributor Rules

For authors, testers, and community members who share recipes.

1. Who Can Contribute

Contributors must be 18 or older and agree to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Content Guidelines.

2. Ownership of Content

By submitting recipes, photos, or other content, you confirm that:

You created the content yourself, or
You have permission to share it and grant us a license to use it.

You grant UniversalRecipesHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and use your content in connection with the site.

3. Accuracy and Honesty

Test your recipes before publishing whenever possible.
Describe results honestly, including limitations or tricky steps.
Do not make health or nutrition claims you cannot support.

4. Use of AI Tools

You may use AI tools to draft content, but you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring that the final recipe is accurate, safe, and genuinely helpful. Purely auto-generated, unedited content may be removed.

5. Moderation and Edits

We may edit formatting, fix minor errors, or add clarifying notes to improve readability and safety. We may remove content that violates our policies.

6. Removal Requests

If you wish to remove or update your content, you can contact us via the Contact page. We will review and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
